Daily usage is recommended.

 I recommend exercising using Armwalker for more than 30 minutes a day. It would be nice if you walk everyday and have arm exercises at the same time.

 I usually had discomfort and pain caused by knots of waist and shoulders.

After using an armchair, I move my arm back and forth to become an arm movement. Also, my shoulder was relaxed. It feels like the mitral muscle and the sternum are loosening.
The use of Armwalker as a whole was helpful for arm exercises and was able to maintain a good posture.

It was a great opportunity to test the new sports equipment. I will continue to exercise healthily.
