When I worked out twenty minutes a day by using Armwalker,

 my shoulders felt soft.

My shoulder tension knots became soft when I exercised for about 30 minutes indoors for seven full days.

Afterwards,

 I worked out indoors for about 30 minutes every other day or every three days.

In particular, my left shoulder was in a bad condition with frozen shoulder, but it was getting better after about a week.
