I couldn't use Armwalker every day, but I did it two or three times a week for 30 or 40 minutes.
It helps to keep good posture and I can carry out better shoulder and arm exercises, and I feel cool after using it.
My shoulders and arms hurt as I work on the computer with my back bent every day. However, after using Armwalker, I feel like I’m going to stretch out. Especially, my shoulder is definitely less painful. I didn't have any arm exercises when I was walking, but I'm glad to see that it helps me work out more. Massage had only a temporary effect, but it's better to relax my muscles while exercising.
